The Bible

We believe that the Bible is the Word of God

We believe that God has preserved his Word for all generations

We believe there is one God

The Bible clearly says that the Father is God.

The Bible clearly says that the Son is God.

The Bible clearly says that the Holy Spirit is God.

Jesus Christ

We believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of the living God.

We believe that Jesus was born of a virgin.

We believe that Jesus Christ was God manifest in the flesh.

We believe that Jesus lived a perfect and sinless life.

We believe that Jesus died on the cross to pay the penalty for the sins of the world.

We believe that Jesus conquered sin and death and rose bodily from the dead.

We believe that Jesus is the only Saviour.

Salvation

We believe that salvation is by Grace through faith in Jesus Christ.

We believe that salvation is for all who will believe.

The Church

We believe that Jesus Christ is the builder and Head of the church.

We believe that the church is local and visible.

We believe the local church is made up of baptized believers.

We believe the officers of the local churches are the pastors and deacons.

We believe that there are only twelve apostles of the Lamb and reject those who call themselves apostles today.

We believe the ordinances of the local church are baptism and the Lord's Supper.

We believe that the Lord gave the local church and individual believers the commission to preach the gospel to the world.

We believe that Believers should grow in grace and live godly and holy lives as part of their witness for Christ.

Other Issues

We believe in the pre-tribulation rapture of believers.

We believe in the pre-millennial return of Christ.

We believe in the resurrection of the saved to eternal life.

We believe in the resurrection of the lost to damnation.

We believe in a literal hell.

We believe in a literal devil who is a fallen angel and the enemy of God and of the righteous.

We believe Marriage is ordained of God and is between one man and one woman for life.

We believe homosexuality in all forms (biblically termed sodomy, abusers of themselves with mankind or effeminate) is a sin.
